Tomorrow and Tomorrow

4 May, 2012 Posted by

This poem was inspired by the promise of tomorrow. Often, when you ask somebody to do something, what you will hear is that they will do it tomorrow, even when they don’t. This poem reflects on the broken promise of tomorrow and that after tomorrow there will always be another tomorrow.

What do you think for tomorrow

Bright, dark and doomsday to borrow

A lesson from the past

Evenly, how the world lost

We don’t know what it will be

Nature endeavors everyone existence

I don’t know about tomorrow

I am obliged to have come now.

Do we give appointment for tomorrow

With no break towards know how

Let us see and let it be

About the day we are not sure
